About The Event

The 17th fib PhD Symposium 2028 will be hosted by the Technical University of Texas in Austin. This conference is conceived as a privileged opportunity for PhD students to present their own research, professors and researchers, including the students’ supervisors, are more than welcome to join the symposium and participate in the debates. The fib PhD Symposium addresses a large number of topics related to concrete structures with regard to Conceptual and Resource-efficient Design, AI & Numerical Modeling & Digital Tools, Advanced Materials & Construction, Sustainability & Climate Impact, Durability & Structural Health & Service Life, Design Codes & Model Code 2020, and Strengthening & Reliability Assessment of Existing Structures.
